A few weeks ago, while my laptop was away for repairs, Priceline had their annual skincare gift bag up for grabs. The first morning it was available I rushed instore and bought six items off my wish list to spend the required $69 and qualify for the gift bag. This year the skincare gift bag contained over $340 worth of skincare products!
Before I could get my hands on the gift bag I had to spend over $69 of selected skincare brands. The items I chose to purchase included; Sukin Detoxifying Clay Masque, Sukin Antioxidant Eye Serum, Goodness Every Evening Cream, Goodness Every Week Face Scrub, Garnier Pure Active Cleansing Micellar Water and the Neutrogena Deep Clean Mulberry Foam Cleanser. All of which I am very excited about and can’t wait to start using!
Within the bag itself I picked up another full sized pack of 25 Cetaphil Cleansing Wipes, the same type as I spoke about after receiving a packet in my June “Winter Switch” bellabox. I’m already in love with these wipes so I’m really pleased to have received another pack in this gift bag. I was also given the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, I haven’t tried this one before, but since I was so pleased with the cleansing wipes I’m looking forward to trying it out. Another cleanser in the gift bag was the Biore Charcoal Pore Minimizer which I have tried out once so far, and I thought the charcoal and exfoliating property in it made it a very fun product. The gift bag also contained a spray bottle of Neutrogena Cool Dry Sport Sunscreen, a sample packet of Egyptian Magic All Purpose Skin Cream and a bottle of L’oreal Gentle Eye and Lip Makeup Remover, all of which I have not yet tried.
Although I purchased a large bottle of Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water I also received a smaller bottle in my gift bag, this is the only item from this section that I have tried so far, and I have to say that I am completely in love! I also received a bottle of Alpha Keri Body Slimfit Stretch Mark Reductor, which is one of the more expensive items from the bag, valued at $49.99. I got a ModelCo Instant Hydro-Glow Miracle Mask Kit, along with a packet of 20 Essano Rosehip Facial Wipes, a 50g jar of Dr Lewinns Eteral Youth Luminosity Day and Night Cream, a tube of Burt’s Bees Acai Berry Moisturizing Lip Balm and lastly a bottle of Thursday Plantation Nurture Oil, which is the only item in the bag that I have found so far that contained any nut products. Only one product containing nuts is a huge plus for me, I really thought I wouldn’t be able to use half the items I received, so I’m actually very happy about this!
As you can see I received a third packet of facial cleansing wipes, I’m not complaining though because I go through them like crazy! This packet from Swisspers contained 25 Rosehip Rejuvenating Facial Cleansing Wipes, I also received a little sample pack of NIP+FAB Cleansing Pads as well as a tube of Nivea Repair and Protection Lip Balm, a bottle of Goodness Chia Seed Oil, which I am super grateful for because I was considering purchasing it earlier so now I get it anyway, a can of La Roche-Posay Thermal Water and some Manuka Doctor samples.
The last few items inside the skincare gift bag were the Olay foaming cleanser, the Sukin Super Greens Nutrient Rich Facial Moisturiser, the Antipodes Hosanna H20 Intense Skin Plumping Serum and the Montagne Jeunesse Passion Peel Off Face Mask, all of which were products I had not tried before, and still have not quite gotten to yet. Lastly I received a Bondi Sands Self-Tanning Mitt, the tanning mitt that I always use to self-tan with, so I’m glad to have received a backup for when the one I have is no longer usable.
Did you pick up the Priceline Skincare Gift Bag this year?
Perhaps you have gotten it previously?
What did you think of all the items?
Thanks for stopping by.
