You may have noticed; Amie Natural Skincare has launched on Australian shores! It is currently available exclusively in your local Priceline store. Amie is a multiple award-winning company from Britain, which strives to provide women with gentle and natural beauty solutions.

Amie harnesses the botanical power of plants to deliver a natural and gentle, yet effective form of skincare, for every age, skin type and colour! There are currently eight products from the Amie Natural Skincare range available in Australia; the Morning Clear Purifying Facial Wash, the Radiant Dawn Exfoliating Daily Wash, the Petal Perfect Gently Cleansing Micellar Water*, the New Leaf Deep Pore Exfoliating Polish*, the New Bloom Cleansing Wipes, the Spring Clean Deep Cleansing Mask, the Morning Dew Matte Finish Moisturiser and the Morning Light Hydrating Moisturiser.

Each of these products has the following highlights;

Natural – Each product contains, on average 95% natural ingredients.
No harsh chemicals – no parabens, mineral oils, petrochemicals, sodium laureth sulphate or sodium lauryl sulphate or animal extracts.
Cruelty free – The range is not tested on animals.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Made lovingly and dermatologically tested in the UK.
Affordable – the whole of the Amie Skincare range is affordably priced at under $10.

I was kindly sent two products to sample;

Petal Perfect Cleansing Micellar Water* | $8.99 (200ml)
I have been using this micellar water day and night for a few months now, and I can’t believe how effective it is, yet how gentle it is on my skin! It smells subtle and sweet with a soft floral scent. It is effective as a makeup remover in the evenings, even taking off waterproof mascara with minimal effort. It also holds up fantastically in the mornings, to clear away the nights grim that might be clogging your pores, leaving you feeling fresh for the day ahead!

New Leaf Deep Pore Exfoliating Polish* | $8.99 (100ml)
Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to sample this product myself, as it contains nut oils, however, Kody was up to the task! My first impressions of this product were very positive, as it has a really pleasant aroma, and I liked that they used rice granules as an exfoliating property, and considered the environment before opting for microbeads. Kody said that he really enjoyed the scrub, it left his skin feeling soft and fresh, without being too harsh.

    I really need to give this brand a try! I like that it’s SLS free. I’ve had a horrible eczema flare up and despite trying my best to avoid SLS products as they seem to aggravate it, I haven’t been able to get it under control yet, think I need to look harder at every product I use!

    Hope you have had a lovely weekend 🙂

      Aww no, you really need to be careful what your applying to your skin Mica! I used to have bad eczema on my right hand for years, but isolating out certain soaps really helped to get rid of it! Definitely give this a go and check to see if it helps you at all! Xx

    I tried their polish as part of a Birchbox a few month ago and loved it! It smells pretty good and has a nice texture. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye for the magic water!
